Palm Packs heat ~ About 30 seconds in the microwave and these Hand Warmers will stay warm 10 – 15 minutes.

Easy To Use!
To use cold: Place the pack in a plastic bag and place in your freezer for at least 30 minutes.
To use hot: Place the pack in the microwave for 1 ½ – 2 minutes. Be sure not to overheat!

“The Frio” is a simple yet stylish way to “cool off”. If you work or play in a hot environment, indoor or out, are on the beach, running, The Frio will keep you relaxed and cool. The Frio will cool your body by evaporation. Wear the tie around your neck, head, or even your wrist.

“The Frio” comes in an “on the go” package, letting you soak The Frio at your convenience. All you have to do to use The Frio is to: Soak in cold water for 15-30 minutes, until the special material inside the tie expand in the middle. The Frio will keep cold in plastic bag in refrigerator. Reusable!!!
